‍• The Peter Noone Collection contains images and content that are for your personal viewing enjoyment only. 

‍ • Access to the Peter Noone Collection content is a free gift from Peter Noone to his active and lifetime fan club members above and beyond their regular membership benefits.  Fan Club Members are not charged for access.

‍ • Nothing in the collection may be copied, downloaded, screen captured or shared via any method, physical or electronic.

‍ • The content in the Peter Noone Collection is taken from the personal collection of Peter Noone, from publicly available sources, and from submissions from individuals who have given their permission to add the content share it on the Peter Noone Collection website.

‍• Sources are noted for each item and are shared under the Fair Use Act of 1976.  If you own rights to any item in the Peter Noone Collection and feel your rights have been impaired, please email admin@peternoonecollection.com. 

‍• Activity tracking is enabled within the Peter Noone Collection website.  Any user who is found to be copying, downloading, screen capturing or sharing Peter Noone Collection content without permission will have access suspended immediately and may face legal actions.
